Dr. Mehrnaz “Merry” Esmaeili is a highly experienced and dedicated dentist with over three decades of clinical expertise. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1993 from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran where she successfully owned and operated her own dental clinic for more than 18 years.
After relocating to Canada, Dr. Merry further advanced her education by completing a dental hygiene program in Ontario. She practiced as a dental hygienist for over a decade, gaining extensive experience across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, and developing a strong foundation in preventive and patient-centered care.
In 2024, she obtained her Canadian DDS certification through the National Dental Examining Board of Canada, becoming a fully licensed dentist in British Columbia. Committed to continuous growth and excellence, she also earned her Nitrous Oxide Sedation Certification from the University of Alberta in 2025, further enhancing her ability to provide comfortable and anxiety-free dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Merry enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring new cultures. She has a deep appreciation for art, wellness, and creating meaningful connections with those around her.

Sanaz, Office Manager at Winter White Dental Studio, began her journey in dentistry as both a dental assistant and receptionist, gaining a well-rounded understanding of patient care and clinic operations. This experience allows her to guide patients with clarity and confidence, ensuring every step of their visit is smooth and well-coordinated.
With a strong background in management and a passion for creating positive patient experiences, Sanaz is dedicated to maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.

Vasanthi is a licensed dental assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care. With the ability to speak English and Telugu, along with an understanding of Hindi and Punjabi, she helps patients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout their dental experience.
With her warm, friendly, and caring nature, Vasanthi is committed to making every visit comfortable and positive. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her family, especially her three-year-old daughter, Naira.

Our certified dental receptionist is a friendly, professional, and dedicated member of the Winter White Dental Studio team. She is committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient, from the moment they walk through our doors to the completion of their visit.
With professional certification and training in dental reception, she is knowledgeable in patient scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance and billing procedures, and maintaining efficient front-office operations.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking, and loves spending her free time hiking and exploring the outdoors. Her warm personality, and commitment to patient care make her an important part of our Winter White Dental Studio family.
